Get a happy life with your family members and others.
Life is transient also. So, there is no person in this world who wants to get a happy life with the peaceful image in his transient life.Therefore, Most of the people in our society pass the full time of their life running behind the happiness. Though, Someone who becomes happy or not, but he tries for happiness again, again and again.
Systems to get a happy life:
There are few tips or systems with which people can get a happy life-
1. Walk at least 30 minutes every day.
2. Spend at least 10 minutes alone in a secluded place and think of yourself.
3.Try to stay with the touch of clear natural environment after getting up from sleep. Determine what to do with the rest of the day.
4. Eat more the authentic natural materials homemade food, and eat less the processed foods.
5. Take green tea and drink a lot of water.
6. Try to bring a smile on the face of at least 3 people every day.
7. Don’t waste your valuable time and energy with Idle gossiping, memorizing of the past, bad thinking. Utilize your time and energy properly.
8. Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a tenant and dinner like a beggar.
9. Life is not continued same all time, so learn to wait for the good things.
10. Don’t waste your time to hate each other. Because life is too short. Forgive everyone for everything.
11. Don’t think any matter with difficulty. Think simple solution for all the things.
12. Don’t think such that you have to win all arguments, but you may accept that as an opinion or not.
13. Think about your past quietly and rectify your fault. Don’t waste your present thinking about the past.
14. Don’t compare your life with others lives.
15. There is no one sitting with your happiness. So, take the self-responsibility for your own happiness and Your work will bring you happiness.
16. Make a plan for 5 years duration and implement it within that period.
17. Help the poor from your heart. Be a giver, not the receiver. After helping to the poor, you’ll see that your mind and heart is dancing with an exceptional satisfactory happiness feelings.
18. Don’t pay any attention to what are other people thinking about rather, evaluate to what are you thinking about yourself and accomplish the right job.
19. Please don’t nourish your sorrow, pain, and trouble. Because the tide of time is washed away all the pain. So, open discuss & share to the closest about your suffering.
20. Always Remember that the time is, however, good or bad must be changed.
21. If you are sick then nobody else except your highly closer friends & relatives will take care and responsibilities of your business or job. So, Maintain and continue better relationships with them.
22. Facebook wastes a lot of time also. Though a lot of time has already been passed to read the post but shorten and specify your time limit to facebook. Try to pass rest of the time obtained from facebook with your family.
23. Every night before going to bed, give thanks silently from your heart to your parents for your life.
24. Keep in mind that you’ve got forgiven for what types of mistakes of your life and be careful of as though those mistakes must not be repetitive.
25. Inform your friends that forgiving your fault as though they may emphasize on your good side and may help you to go ahead according to your expectation. Beside it, you should also evaluate their prestige & demand.
